Kihika line of succession
On Thursday, July 29, 2021, TUKO.co.ke reported that Governor Kihika’s relatives have accused Judge Racheal Nge’tich of alleged bias in a succession case.
Elishifa Wanjiru, whom Kihika fathered with his first widow Margaret Wambui, says the judge was unfair in her ruling after replacing her mother with another daughter, Florence Nduta, as joint administrator of an estate of 600 million KShs.
Elishifa wants the judge to disqualify herself from the case, saying she made orders that were unrequested and outside her mandate.
