The Elevation Church, a leading nondenominational Christian ministry, is intended to help leaders rethink valuable connections to their communities and become more involved in rolling out cultural training initiatives.
This will be done through the annual church and ministry leader conference: The Exponential Conference.
It will take place from February 21 to 23, 2022.
According to the church, the exponential conference, now in its sixth installment, will host renowned church leaders and seasoned social impact strategists such as Rev. Sam Adeyemi, Pastor Tony Rapu, Niyi Adesanya, Kunle Soriyan, Dr. Conway Edwards (USA), Pastor Godwin Uwubamwen, Pastor Kayode Ijisesan and Pastor Jerry Eze, who will be joined by other speakers with a rich history of social intervention and community integration.
Themed: “Pioneering Again,” Exponential Conference 2022 will explore topics on redesigning social interventions, church planting, impactful contextual missions, church and public advocacy, harnessing the technology, church management structure, regulatory compliance, maximizing new and emerging media, etc.
Well-structured breakout sessions to deepen learning and engagement with each topic are a key feature of the conference.

Previous editions of The Exponential Conference have been moderated by prominent gospel ministers and social impact strategists such as: Reverend Sam Adeyemi, Senior Pastor, Daystar Christian Center and Founder of Daystar Leadership Academy; Pastor Muriithi Wanjau, senior pastor of Mavuno Church, a movement of churches based in Nairobi; and Leke Alder, founder and principal partner of Alder Consulting, among others.
